All watches purchased from Hokino.xyz come with a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers the following:

  • Defects in Materials: Any issues related to the quality of materials used in the watch construction.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Faults or failures that arise from the production process, including problems with movement, clasp, and casing.
  • Functional Failures: Malfunctions that prevent the watch from keeping accurate time or performing as intended due to internal mechanism issues.

2. What’s Not Covered

While we stand behind the quality of our watches, the following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Damage from Accidental Impact or Misuse: Scratches, cracks, dents, and other physical damage caused by accidents or improper handling.
  • Water Damage: Damage resulting from submerging the watch in water beyond its rated water resistance specification.
  • Battery Life: The warranty does not cover the replacement of batteries.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Any wear that naturally occurs from daily use, such as minor scratches on the case or bracelet.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Watches that have been tampered with by unauthorized persons or service centers will void the warranty.

3. How to Request a Warranty Service

If you believe your watch is eligible for warranty service, please follow these steps:

  2. Submit Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have your order receipt or proof of purchase handy for verification.

4. Warranty Repairs and Replacements

After we receive your watch, our experts will evaluate the issue. If the defect is covered under the warranty, we will either:

  • Repair your watch, free of charge, using original parts.
  • Replace your watch with the same model or a comparable alternative if the original model is no longer available.

Please note that the warranty does not extend to watches that have been repaired or replaced.

5. Warranty Limitations

  • Regional Availability: Warranty services are available only in the regions where Hokino.xyz operates and ships products.
  • Time Frame: The warranty is valid for 2 years from the purchase date, and we cannot extend this period.

6. International Warranty

If you’re located outside of the country where Hokino.xyz operates, our warranty policy still applies; however, return shipping costs for warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting our support team to discuss your specific situation before sending your watch for service.
